Delivery Information
We aim to deliver your order to the address you provide during checkout. If no specific delivery address is provided, we will ship to the billing address associated with your payment method.
Delivery Times:
- Standard delivery: Typically within 3 to 5 working days. (Providing item is in stock)
Delivery Charges:
- £15.00 + VAT – Mainland UK
- £30.00 + VAT – Non-mainland UK including Northern Ireland (estimated delivery time: 5 – 7 working days)
- £40.00 + VAT – Ireland (estimated delivery time: 7 – 10 working days)
Delivery Areas:
We aim to deliver your goods promptly. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days to all mainland UK postcodes, except for IV, AB, and KW. Please be aware that some items may take longer, especially if they are shipped directly from the manufacturer or are custom-made. Deliveries to IV, AB, and KW postcodes, as well as to non-mainland UK addresses, including Northern Ireland, may also have extended delivery times.
If your order is urgent, we encourage you to contact us to confirm the estimated delivery time or discuss expedited shipping options. Please note that additional charges may apply for larger orders.
Returns
If your products arrive damaged, please notify us by phone or email immediately, and no later than 48 hours after receiving them. We will quickly arrange for the collection of the damaged items and deliver replacement products. If we are unable to provide replacements within a reasonable timeframe, we will inform you and either refund any amounts you have paid for those products or, with your consent, arrange an alternative delivery date.
